I started working with Manal on my dream wedding gown about a year ago. I was a little apprehensive about having a gown made from states away from me but Manal ensured me I would be a part of the process every step of the way, and I was! Manal was patient, knowledgeable and accommodating. She helped my dream wedding gown become a reality. From Sketch to shipping the process was nothing short of perfect. The gown is more beautiful than I could've ever imagined. It would be difficult if not impossible to find better quality or value than Brides & Tailor. read less

Here’s just one example of Manal going above and beyond with her customer service. Usually, I would have been able to do a final fitting of my dress in Manal’s showroom before taking it home; but because of COVID-19, I haven’t been able to travel home for the fitting. Since my dress is custom, Manal said it shouldn’t need any alterations, but if I do, she will cover it.
Manal personally deliver the dress to my parents’ house and all of the pictures and videos of my dress look beautiful. I can’t wait to try it on! read less

I was assured that the dress would be made on time (and in fact, it came early!) and that they would do everything in their power to create something beautiful...and wow, is it beautiful! I had sent her 3 separate dresses and asked her to combine them all into my dream dress.. but in black! I never had luck finding a black dress that looked bridal... until I met Manal! She put together exactly what I was imagining in my head and it’s made perfectly! She was super sweet, helpful, and very responsive. She made the fear of ordering a wedding dress online completely disappear. The turnaround was insanely fast as well. Prices were extremely reasonable given you’re getting a handmade, one of a kind custom dress. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the customer service and dress I received. I will definitely be recommending Brides and Tailor to everyone looking for a wedding dress! I will update the review with pictures once I say I do! read less

I didn’t even want to take it off! The process of ordering a dress online can definitely be scary when you have no idea what it will look like until the end...but the team at brides and tailor made this experience amazing! I told them exactly what I was looking for, sent some pictures and from there they sent me swatches and we were ready to go. They keep you updated through the whole process and you even get to see a picture of the dress before they send you it to make sure it’s what your vision was.
For brides non traditional like myself or traditional..definitely give these wonderful people your business. You will be so happy you do! After literally hundreds of dresses.. I finally found the one!!! read less

As any bride could be, I was nervous of the idea of putting an idea to paper and it coming out exactly what I envisioned. As someone that can be quite indecisive already... Manal put my worries to rest. She recreated the exact dress I had been hoping for! She was more than patient with my all of the place ideas. She was responsive to my messages. She got the initial sketch, through the final sketch back to me VERY quickly. I'm no longer worried about ordering my dress before I try it on because I believe she will make every effort to recreate exactly as discussed. If you have a dress in mind... I was supposed to get married on Halloween (Covid ruining everything), so I didn’t want a traditional white dress and let me tell you it was SO difficult finding a dress I almost gave up the idea of the non-traditional route. But then I found my saving grace, Manal thank you so so much! She paid attention to all the little details I asked for, gave me so many options of fabric colors, lace appliqués, beadings, etc! Also they made me a matching veil for FREE!! Such a sweet little surprise and you can’t beat that for the price! If you are having trouble finding THE dress, look no further and create your own beautiful gown 💕 read less
