Here’s just one example of Manal going above and beyond with her customer service. Usually, I would have been able to do a final fitting of my dress in Manal’s showroom before taking it home; but because of COVID-19, I haven’t been able to travel home for the fitting. Since my dress is custom, Manal said it shouldn’t need any alterations, but if I do, she will cover it.
Manal personally deliver the dress to my parents’ house and all of the pictures and videos of my dress look beautiful. I can’t wait to try it on! read less

I was assured that the dress would be made on time (and in fact, it came early!) and that they would do everything in their power to create something beautiful...and wow, is it beautiful! I was supposed to get married on Halloween (Covid ruining everything), so I didn’t want a traditional white dress and let me tell you it was SO difficult finding a dress I almost gave up the idea of the non-traditional route. But then I found my saving grace, Manal thank you so so much! She paid attention to all the little details I asked for, gave me so many options of fabric colors, lace appliqués, beadings, etc! Also they made me a matching veil for FREE!! Such a sweet little surprise and you can’t beat that for the price! I had sent her 3 separate dresses and asked her to combine them all into my dream dress.. but in black! I never had luck finding a black dress that looked bridal... until I met Manal! She put together exactly what I was imagining in my head and it’s made perfectly! She was super sweet, helpful, and very responsive. She made the fear of ordering a wedding dress online completely disappear. The turnaround was insanely fast as well. Prices were extremely reasonable given you’re getting a handmade, one of a kind custom dress. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the customer service and dress I received. She did it twice as there was not a clear understanding for the first sketch, whether my fault or her fault, she made it right. I ultimately did not have the dress made because I was quoted a higher price for a plus size gown and she stated the higher price was for the extra material. Of course, charging more for a size 18 or 20 because of extra material would make more sense if the sizes 0s, 2s or 4s were given discounts, which I'm sure they aren't. It all evens out. It's just one more burden for a plus size bride. Gowns available for purchase whether a 4 or 24 or even larger all are the same fee. The price for my gown was quoted higher than more intricate gowns on her site. I do love her work and clearly she has beautiful gowns so I am disappointed I was unable to purchase from her. read less
